This 1920's home on the East Shore of Lake Mohawk has seen a lot of wear and tear over it's nearly 100 years. Many elements including the flat roof are in need of major updates. The master bedroom is far too small with only a half bath attached to it and all the interiors are extremely run down. The addition/ renovation adds an office loft near a newly laid out master suite. A new sloped roof, exterior siding, windows and landscape are all efficiently updated for an amazing lake-house look. The interiors are updated as well with an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces in order to create a stunning view of the lake from everywhere on the first floor.
